I do n0t believe you have to pay hundreds of dollars to go to a retreat to learn about the ancient ways.
We are part of the way and it breathes and lives around us all the time.
We simply need to acknowledge and accept our place within her.
Be cautious of self grandized teachers, self proclaimed enlightened ones , and anyone who uses the term "wise" before their name.
True teachers teach, and when you are ready or seeking one or more will present themselves.
They may have a different shape than you might think. They might not be a "guru".
They might not have written lots of books. They are often humble.
One of my teachers dug sewers for a living. He had a temple in South Philadelphia and was one of the most learned men I have ever known.

They may be plant, animals, or human, young or old. On the path, take nothing and noone for granted,
Be open, be aware, be grateful, be humble.
Breathe and believe in yourself. Listen to your heart, your inner voice and your subconscious. Pay attention to your dreams and dance from one year to the next without regret.
